We know and understand there are times that coming inside may be difficult, maybe you just got your child asleep or you need to pick up something that is too large for the drive through tube. With our curbside service, we are coming to you in the comfort and safety of your own vehicle!
Here’s how it works:
- Drive to IECU.
- Park in one of the designated spots in front of the "CURBSIDE SERVICE" banner.
- Text CURBSIDE to the number on the sign.
- Let us know what you need and you’ll be on your way in no time!
- Be sure to have a valid state issued ID ready so we can verify.
The following services are offered with our Curbside Service:
- Notary
- Picking up Monthly Statements
- Picking up Titles
- Picking Up Transaction Reports
- Cashier's Checks
The following services are NOT offered with our Curbside Service:
- Membership/Loan Applications
- Cash Transactions
- Fraud/Identity Theft Claims
- Debit Cards
